1.Carbon Steel
Carbon steel is one of the most common materials due to its excellent strength and cost-effectiveness. It is available in various grades, with higher carbon content providing increased hardness and durability. However, it requires surface treatments, such as galvanization, to prevent rust.
2.Stainless Steel
For environments exposed to moisture, chemicals, or extreme temperatures, stainless steel is a preferred choice. Its high chromium content makes it naturally resistant to corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding conditions. Stainless steel flooring is especially popular in industries like food processing and pharmaceuticals.
At our facility, we produce high-quality industrial steel floor tiles designed for workshops, warehouses, and similar environments. The manufacturing process is carefully structured to ensure durability, precision, and superior performance.
We begin by sourcing premium finished steel coils, the raw material for our tiles. These coils are then cut to precise dimensions using state-of-the-art laser cutting machines. This ensures consistent sizing and minimal material wastage.
Next, the pre-cut steel sheets are automatically fed into a stamping machine via an advanced feeding system, streamlining the process and improving efficiency. The sheets undergo five key stamping stages:
1.Blanking: The steel sheet is cut into 300mm tiles, forming the base dimensions.
2.Punching: Anti-slip holes are stamped into the surface for enhanced safety.
3.Bending: The edges are bent to a 45-degree angle, providing initial shaping.
4.Shaping: The edges are further bent to a 90-degree angle, completing the tile's frame.
5.Patterning: An anti-slip pattern is stamped into the surface for added grip.
This meticulous production process ensures each tile meets the highest standards of quality, strength, and functionality, making them an ideal flooring solution for industrial applications.
