The original design of steel flooring originated from Germany, which is known as the birthplace of automobiles worldwide and boasts a highly developed industrial manufacturing supply chain, particularly in automobile production and automotive parts manufacturing factories. The primary purpose of designing steel flooring was to address issues such as cracking and frequent dusting in automobile production workshops, especially in stamping workshops. The introduction of steel flooring once and for all resolved the flooring issues in automobile stamping workshops, significantly enhancing the overall aesthetics of the workshops and substantially improving production efficiency. Subsequently, various other styles of steel flooring emerged, capable of addressing almost all flooring issues encountered in industrial production workshops.
One of the greatest challenges faced by the industrial production and machinery manufacturing industries worldwide is the flooring issue in production workshops. Long-term usage of engineering vehicles such as AGV trolleys, trailers, forklifts, and trucks has led to overburdened or long-term worn-out floors, resulting in phenomena such as cracking, sinking, and unevenness. Especially in some enterprises where the floors are contaminated with oil or corrosive materials, it poses significant risks to production efficiency and personal safety. However, whether it is newly constructed workshop floors or maintenance and repairs, the materials currently available on the market, such as cement mortar, terrazzo epoxy flooring, or even ordinary steel plates, have yielded little effect despite enterprises spending a considerable amount of time and money to upgrade and refurbish the floors.
Metal steel flooring features strong impact resistance, excellent wear resistance, strong load-bearing capacity for large machinery, slip resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning, with a normal service life of over 25 years. It can effectively and substantially enhance the load-bearing capacity of workshop floors while maintaining good slip resistance, greatly reducing the overall maintenance costs of workshops.
